Medicaid Eligibility

I work with Medicaid through the UnitedHealthcare Community Plan. If you have Medicaid but do not have United Healthcare you can easily switch by going to https://ncmedicaidplans.gov and Login through NCID (Register if you have not logged in before) Then it will be easy to see the option to Change your plan once you log in.
